Why listen to me

I'm a family man with a business, not the other way around. I'm Jonnie Jensen, and my passion for personal development started in 1998. By 2014 I had it all: the wife, the family, a team of six and a £300k business.

Then it fell apart. I had to hit rock bottom, the business, the divorce, my mental health, my brother's suicide, family court, before I learned to lead my life as the man I want to be. That rebuild became the High Value Man System for Living.

At 52 I'm fitter, calmer and more present than I was at 35. My kids are thriving, I get on with my ex, and my relationship is full of passion and laughter. I've coached men through the same since 2018, about thirty of them one to one.

FORGE runs live across 8 focused weeks mapped around three core pillars:

We get together online and live, and sometimes in person for those who can make it. You take the knowledge onboard and play with it using our FIRE CODE lifestyle tracker. The growth happens naturally and fast.

FORGE is your guide. In your corner, reading what's coming, making sure you're ready for it before you arrive. You feel in control of yourself and around you, everything just works.

It is also why we progress you from FORGE into KOLA. From the WhatsApp chat to networking, mountain climbs to firewalking, community projects to summer family events, KOLA is your band of brothers that likely stay part of your life long after the coaching ends.

The investment

FORGE can be invoiced to your business as training and development with Hero Education Limited. As leadership training this is a tax-efficient business investment in the UK. Ask about payment plan options if you wish to spread the payments.

After the eight weeks you graduate into KOLA, our High Value Man Collective. Your space for networking, accountability, and continued inspiration. Pay in full or continue at just £250 a month.

The deal

I only take men I know I can help: sixteen a term across our three intakes (September, January, April). That's how I protect the room, the work, and the result. If you're not the right fit, I'll tell you straight. After that it's simple: I bring everything, you show up and do the work. I can't want it more than you do, and I won't have to.

Why FORGE rather than Elite 1:1?

Elite is the right route for the man who wants the work built entirely around him, one to one, at his pace. FORGE is for the man who knows the room will make him better: other business-owning and career-driven dads doing the same work, at the same time, with me on it. Both land in KOLA.

Eight weeks into twelve months

Eight weeks is enough to make the shift and start living as the High Value Man. The remainder of the year holds it across every chapter that follows. KOLA is a collective of like-minded men who have done the same work. It is accountability, networking, and your evolution. And of course fun. We make it a part of your life that inspires and drives you forward.

I've already done a lot of work on myself. Why is this different?

Good, you'll get more from this work. You've got the attributes. What you've not had is a coach, a system, and a band of brothers turning them into how you live, every week, when it's hard. Tools don't change a man. The work, with support and accountability, does.
