HIGH VALUE MAN PROJECT

Podcast Guest

Jonnie Jensen, founder of the High Value Man Project

I help business-owning dads win at home as well as at work. Put me on your show and your audience gets a real story, a system they can use, and a conversation that earns shares and replies.

The conversation I bring

Jonnie Jensen, founder of the High Value Man ProjectMen aren't facing a mental health crisis. We're facing a purpose crisis, an identity crisis. And until we fix that, we fix nothing.

Most men struggling today aren't weak. They're capable, hard-working, and doing everything they were told would make them happy. Somewhere along the way they lost the thread of who they actually are. That's not a therapy problem, it's a direction problem. The answer isn't medication, mindfulness apps or another framework. It's clarity about who you are, the courage to act on it, and the commitment to live by it. This is the conversation that starts arguments and changes lives.

Why I make a great guest

Who I help

Business owners, leaders and career-driven dads, typically 38 to 55, who are winning at work but feel stuck, stretched or disconnected at home. The ambitious, capable man who wants success at home as much as in his work.

About me

I'm a family man with a business, not the other way around. I coach men through the High Value Man System for Living, using 3XC (Clarity, Courage, Commitment) and the FIRE CODE (Focus, Impact, Relationships, Energy). I've coached men one to one since 2018, and lead groups, workshops and events on burnout, identity, relationships and rebuilding after divorce.

I live in Maidstone, Kent, consider Chicago my second home, am dad to Jago and Rose and boyfriend to Jo. At 52 I'm the fittest I've ever been, I compete in Hyrox, and I'm a certified firewalking instructor.
