HIGH VALUE MAN PROJECT
Adventure, Connection and Mastery
We are a Collective of like minded men.
Most programmes give you eight weeks or twelve, and then you are on your own again. You know exactly how that goes, because you have done it. The notebook goes in the drawer, the group chat dies, and four months later you are back where you started wondering what happened.
KOLA Collective is our answer to that. Not more to learn or squeeze in your diary. It is about mastery and living the High Value way alongside other men doing the same thing.
KOLA has been designed to create wisdom, adventure and connections. Something you are excited and proud to do. And where possible, it includes your family.
KOLA is a Lakota word. It is what a man called the man he would stand beside for life, closer than a brother.
The FIRE CODE is the spine and it never stops. Focus, Impact, Relationships, Energy, every week, tracked. That is the engine underneath everything and it does not take a quarter off.
On top of that, three cycles a year. Each one runs for about twelve weeks, has a theme, and finishes with something we actually do rather than something you learn.
And between them, we stop. Easter off. Six weeks off across the school summer holidays. Christmas off. The Inner Circle accountability calls keep running through the breaks so nobody drifts, but the intensity comes off.
That is deliberate and I want to be straight about why. A year with no off season is a year men drop out of in month five, usually in the summer, usually feeling guilty about it. You have a family, a business and six weeks of children at home. So does everyone else in this. We build the year around that rather than pretending it is not there.
Cycle 1 · Focus · January to late March
Sleep, training, food, the diary, the phone. The things that run you until the day you decide to run them. This is the quarter where a man gets his own house in order first, because nothing else works until he does.
The physical challenge. Winter training, then everybody up a mountain together at the end of March. Snowdon is the one on the table.
Nothing rebuilds a man's belief in himself faster than doing a hard physical thing he said he would do, in front of men who watched him say it.
Easter. We stop.
Inner Circle calls only.
Cycle 2 · Impact · Late April to mid July
Money, work, leadership, and the example you are actually setting rather than the one you would describe. This is the quarter for the business, the earning, and the man other people follow.
The community project. A river, a stretch of abandoned or polluted land, something neglected that a group of capable men can put right in a weekend.
Impact stops being a word on a slide when you can stand in the middle of it at five o'clock on a Sunday and see what was there that morning. And your kids get to see you do it.
The summer. Six weeks off.
Mid July to early September. Inner Circle accountability calls only, so nobody quietly disappears, and no cycle running.
Hiking and climbing for those who want it, barbecue, music and a slip n slide for everyone else, guest speakers, and shares round the fire on the Saturday night. Wives come. Kids come.
It is not a KOLA cycle event. It is a High Value Man event, open to everyone, and you are invited every year you are in the Collective.
Every other men's programme in this country is a room of men talking about their families. Ours puts the families in the room.
Cycle 3 · Relationships and Energy · September to early December
And whether you finish the year flat or flying.
The hardest things to fake and the ones most men have quietly stopped trying to improve. This is the cycle that decides what the following January actually looks like.
The High Value Ball. December. A proper night. Men acknowledged out loud in front of the people who matter, from inside the Collective and from outside it. Firewalk for those who fancy it.
Men are terrible at marking things. We finish the year by marking it properly.
Christmas. We stop.
Back in January.
The three themes are fixed. The projects are not.
Snowdon, the river, the Ball: those are the ideas on the table right now. The men in the Collective decide what each cycle's challenge actually is. If twelve men would rather kayak the length of something than climb a mountain, we kayak.
That is not me being vague. It is the design. A challenge you chose is a challenge you turn up for.
The events are the punctuation. This is the sentence.
£250 per month
No minimum term. Leave whenever you like.
Or £2,500 for the year, which is two months free and the option most men take.
I am not asking you to commit to twelve months. I am publishing a twelve month calendar and inviting you to be in it for as long as it is worth being in it. If it stops being worth it, you tell me and you go, and we are still good.
Open to men who have already worked with me, until Tuesday 30 September 2026.
You know the System For Living. You understand the High Value Life. This means you can go direct into KOLA and turn that knowledge into mastery.
And you get a say. Your honest opinion while this is being built, your vote on what the challenges actually are, and your words at the end of the year if it earns them.
After 30 September, entry is through FORGE or Elite only.
Mid life men who have done the work. Built the business, raised the kids, held it together, and are now looking at a house that is quieter than it used to be and a diary that is still full of other people's priorities.
Nothing is broken. That is rather the point.
The question is not how do I fix this. It is what now. The next twenty years are the ones you get to choose rather than drift into, and almost nobody does that on their own.
It is a year of doing hard and enjoyable things with men who are going the same way, with the structure underneath to make sure it actually changes something.
It is networking. It is social. It is personal development. It is an experience worth talking about and a fair few laughs you will still be repeating in five years.
This shape is new. The work underneath it has been proven since 2019, with men I have coached one to one, and it is the system I rebuilt my own life with. But this room and this year have not run before.
Which is the offer, not the caveat. The founding twelve are not early customers. They are co-authors.
Tell Me What You Think
This is a draft and your reaction shapes it. Does the year make sense? Would the breaks work for you? Does the price feel right? Which of the three challenges would interest you? Can you see it being an adventure? What's missing? Reply to the email, WhatsApp me, or ring me on 07900 183311.

P.S. Nothing here is fixed except the FIRE CODE and the three themes. Everything else, the challenges, the dates, the shape of the breaks, is still being written, and it gets written with the men who go first.
