Why listen to me

I'm a family man with a business, not the other way around. I'm Jonnie Jensen, and my passion for personal development started in 1998. By 2014 I had it all: the wife, the family, a team of six and a £300k business.

Then it fell apart. I had to hit rock bottom, the business, the divorce, my mental health, my brother's suicide, family court, before I learned to lead my life as the man I want to be. That rebuild became the High Value Man System for Living.

At 52 I'm fitter, calmer and more present than I was at 35. My kids are thriving, I get on with my ex, and my relationship is full of passion and laughter. I've coached men through the same since 2018, 24 of them one to one.

I only take men I know I can help: three a month, 28 a year, never more than seven at once. That's how I protect the work and the result. If you're not the right fit, I'll tell you straight. After that it's simple: I bring everything, you show up and do the work. I can't want it more than you do, and I won't have to.

How to start

3. Tell me a little about you, so we both know it's a fit.

Why 1:1 rather than the group?

The group is the right entry for many men. Elite is for the man who wants the work built entirely around him, at his pace, going straight at what's true for him, with direct access to me throughout. No waiting for a cohort, no hiding at the back.

Twelve weeks or twelve months?

Twelve weeks is enough to make the shift and start living as the High Value Man. The full year holds it across every chapter that follows, with the Blueprints and Boardrooms that keep you evolving. We decide together which is right for you.

I've already done a lot of work on myself. Why is this different?
